Tabakoshi forest is close to Jorepokhri wild life sanctuary is a home of different species of birds in tropical climate. Tabakoshi bird watching tour is feasible in both season in winter and also in Summer season.

Birds in Jorepokhri wildlife :
Jorepokhri wildlife sanctuary is located at an elevation of 4900 ft. approx. distance from Darjeeling is 18 km. and from Mirik 22km..Jorepokhri is habitat of rare species of birds and also migrated birds are found here in winter . More bird species are yet to be discovered, Tabakoshi Ecotourism Society has been taking initiative to identify the more species.

Day 01/ Pick up from airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station and transfer to Parmin busty via Mirik and pashupati market check in halt
Day 2/ After breakfast day bird watching through Jorepokhri wild life sanctuary night halt at Parmin Busty.
Day 03/ After breakfast transfer to maney Bhanjyang after changing car proceed to Sandakphu night halt.
Day 04/ Full day bird watching tour in Sandakphu and Falut night halt.
Day 05/ check out from hotel and transfer to Tabakoshi check in halt.
